Imagine a world where the good vibes of live music are constantly under threat from chaotic villains and corporate greed. The Crunchy Kid, a brand-new adult animated series, blends humor with trippy visuals, social commentary, and a whole lotta heart. All backed by your favorite jam bands.
Our hero, The Crunchy Kid, is a peace-loving, music-worshipping champion of the people. He has a big heart and an even bigger mission: to protect all concert goers from the oppressive forces. Each season The Crunchy Kid and his Krew will take on an evil corporate villain who is trying to infiltrate the good vibes of the jam band scene. While fighting off evil, he spreads love, light, and good vibrations wherever he goes. He is the beacon of positivity in a world of nickel-and-diming the joy out of everything.
Each episode will feature a jam band playing at least one song, exposing people to more live music experiences. There will be references “easter eggs” bringing to life what being on tour life is really like, inside jokes, and exposure to tour life.
